Our Team
Danny Kraus
Danny Kraus is a highly motivated, committed and detail orientated Project Services leader with 25 plus years of operator and EPC contractor experience supporting major multi-billion dollar construction projects in the power, oil & gas, midstream and petrochemical industries. He has a proven track record of leading multi-discipline teams and departments delivering cost certainty to stakeholders by providing a comprehensive range of project management services including cost estimating, cost control, planning, project controls, risk treatment and data/information management.
Danny has a history of leading project teams successfully through project development life cycles from conceptual stages through execution and operations. His experience and knowledge have contributed to team efforts in meeting cost and schedule promises through applying the relevant project management techniques appropriate to the type of scope, value and contract styles applied. As a project controls leader Danny has also provided project and portfolio assurance through audit and control as well supported the “rescue” of projects in distress which typically have included review of project organizational health, estimates, forecasts, physical progress, project schedules and estimates to completion.
Danny has delivered major projects for operators such as BP and Chevron and also brings EPC contractor experience from organizations such as General Electric, AMEC and EMAS bringing valuable experience to any organization that contracts his services through KPS Inc.
